UpSkill Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide the best learning experience for all our participants. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your booking. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling a ticket purchased for our social media training courses.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the date of your purchase.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email). You can use the following details to contact us:

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel within the 14-day cancellation period, we will reimburse you all payments received from you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive your cancellation notice

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Cancellation After 14 Days

If you wish to cancel your booking after the 14-day cancellation period, the following conditions will apply:

  • Up to 30 days before the training day: A full refund will be issued, minus a £50 administrative fee.

  • 15-29 days before the training day: A 50% refund will be issued.

  • 14 days or less before the training day: No refund will be issued.

 

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend the training day, you may request to transfer your booking to another available date. Requests to transfer must be made at least 14 days before the originally scheduled training day. Transfer requests made less than 14 days before the training day will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation terms above.

 

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel the training course due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.
